The best dental advice
comes with no hidden
agenda.
Independent
No commissions, referral fees, or transaction incentives.
Experienced
Advice informed by real dental-practice ownership and execution.
Practical
Clear recommendations you can implement yourself—or with support.
Major dental decisions deserve an independent perspective.
Many professionals involved in a dental transaction are compensated when the transaction closes. Brokers want to sell the practice. Lenders want to make the loan. Recruiters want to place the associate. Vendors want to sell their solution. Girgis Dental Advisory is different. We charge only for our time. Our recommendations are not influenced by commissions, product sales, referral arrangements, or the size of a transaction. You receive candid advice from someone who has personally made the decisions you are facing.
Advice without a sales incentive
Our compensation does not depend on whether you sign the agreement, purchase the practice, hire the vendor, or make a particular investment.
Owner-level perspective
Recommendations are informed by actual experience acquiring, operating, growing, and selling dental practices.
Support without dependency
We can provide a focused second opinion, a comprehensive review, or implementation assistance. You use only the level of support you need.
Services
Advice for the decisions that shape your career and financial life.
Every engagement begins with a clearly defined scope. More complex matters are quoted before additional work begins.
Associate Opportunity Review
Compare associate opportunities to determine which position offers the strongest path to clinical, professional, and financial success. We look at compensation, scheduling, patient flow, production potential, mentorship, clinical autonomy, ownership potential, practice culture, and long-term career fit.
Usually 2–3 hours
Associate Production and Growth Review
Increase your associate income through better scheduling, treatment planning, patient communication, and clinical efficiency. We also assess whether your current position—or a different opportunity—offers the stronger path toward your professional and financial goals.
Usually 3–5 hours
Practice Acquisition Review
Obtain an independent assessment of historical performance, normalized cash flow, valuation assumptions, debt service, buyer income, staffing, overhead, seller transition, operational risk, and downside scenarios.
Usually 4–6 hours
Practice Ownership Review
Identify opportunities across overhead, staffing, scheduling, collections, fees, clinical mix, hygiene, workflows, owner workload, and profitability. An on-site assessment and optional office-manager implementation support may be included.
Usually 10–15 hours
Transparent Hourly Pricing
Pay only for the advice you need.
Traditional consulting firms often rely on long-term retainers, recurring subscriptions, commissions, or standardized coaching programs. Girgis Dental Advisory charges $450 per hour. Before an engagement begins, you will receive a clearly defined scope, estimated hours, projected fee range, information request, and expected deliverable. Future questions can then be handled by the hour.
$450 per hour
No subscriptions. No commissions. No referral fees. No transaction-based compensation.

Founder Advantage
Like you- I started with ~300k in debt
I have firsthand experience across every major phase of a dental career. I began as an associate and, by choosing opportunities carefully and understanding how compensation, scheduling, patient flow, and clinical growth fit together, I was able to triple my associate income before becoming a practice owner.
Since then, I have acquired two dental practices, completed one successful sale, and grown those practices by approximately 80% and 120% during the first year of ownership.
Along the way, I paid off my student loans and primary mortgage and built a multi-million-dollar net worth—creating meaningful financial autonomy and reducing my dependence on chairside income.
I don't perform all on x cases, sedations or fancy full mouth makeovers. I built this from consistently hitting singles and doubles: choosing the right opportunities, controlling overhead, improving systems, avoiding unnecessary risk, and seeking candid advice when the stakes were high.
My goal is to help other dentists make the same kind of disciplined decisions—so they can avoid costly mistakes, create stronger practices, and build greater professional and financial autonomy.
I’m not advising from the sidelines—I’ve made these decisions myself.
